These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User") and cs999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing cs999.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. Your account name must match the name on the payment method you use for withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in delays or forfeiture of funds.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with cs999 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts. cs999 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and to confiscate any bonuses, winnings, or credits accumulated through multiple accounts.

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. cs999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password.

Balances of less than the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits and Withdrawals

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in relation to that specific promotion only.

4. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the player's account automatically.
5. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. cs999 reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility where it believes the bonus is being claimed fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on cs999 are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sports market as displayed on the platform at the time of wagering. cs999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Voids will result in the stake being returned to the player's real-money balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cs999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable under Bangladeshi law. cs999 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers to identify and act against prohibited conduct.

• Opening or operating more than one cs999 account, or assisting any other person to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits not intended by cs999. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to cs999 immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker, coordinating bets across accounts, or communicating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or to fund any activity that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal process.

Account Suspension and Termination

cs999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; the player poses a fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling risk; or the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Upon suspension or termination, cs999 will conduct a review of the account. If no breach is found, any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on record. If a breach is confirmed, cs999 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

Intellectual Property

All content on cs999.ws, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of cs999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from cs999.ws without the express written consent of cs999. Game assets remain the intellectual property of their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are used under licence.

Limitation of Liability
